Marvellous and excellent location with parking across the road. Walking distance to gift shops and a supermarket across the street.

Our apartment was really excellent! Really good bed, nice bathroom and kitchen with all needed equipment. We also had a room with sea view. The personel was really kind and helpful. We enjoyed our time in Steris Beach Hotel very much!

The hotel is situated near a busy boulevard, so in the evening it can be a little bit noisy. Inside there is not much to hear though.

The room at this place was brand-new and spacious with a clean bathroom.

The room was very nice and it was very convenient to the beach.

It was unclear as to whether I had settled the bill in advance. I wasn't entirely sure but was fairly confident I had. The hotel claimed I didn't but all the other bookings I made with bookings.com were paid in advance and Im certain this one was too. Consequently I feel I have paid twice but I did so to avoid a row. In addition the breakfast was poor - not very good at all.

The hotel is right on the beach and close enough to walk to the old town. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable

They didn't wash the dishes at all but left no dish washing liqued or clothes for us to do it. The maid was useless, she didnt even make our beds, she only put folded blankets on them every day and we had to make them ourselves. The pool is on a very busy street so no one uses it. The breakfast is also very basic but it was only 4 Euro. There were never plates or cups so we always had to ask for these

I loved the great personal attention from the staff -in particular in the restaurant. Found the place very clean and user friendly -close to beach and all amenities. The price was the price -no add on fees!! Would not hesitate in recommending and/or coming back to this hotel.

The only thing I have to complain about was that I thought the included breakfast could have been more complete with veg's and fruit -just a little more.

The hotel is ideally located close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Pros at Steris Elegant Beach Hotel & Apartments: The staff were super efficient and friendly, the room was mind-blowingly spacious and beautifully decorated, the side sea view was jaw-dropping, and Maria went above and beyond to help us with car hire and sightseeing recommendations. Highly recommend!

Hotel rooms of the Steris Beach Hotel are lately renovated with a modern style. Interior design in the rooms is very nice and it is easy to relax in the rooms like these. Big toilet with rainforest shower and small kitchenette make the room very comfortable. Room rate per night is really cheap in the winter.

Even thought hotel rooms are perfect, otherwise there are many things which should be improved. Reception area doesn't give a right image of the hotel. It is really old fashioned and should be decorated in the same way as the rooms. There was hardly never anyone in the reception greeting the guests. Receptionists allways were hiding in the back office. Breakfast was extremely bad. There was hardly anything to eat. You need to go to eat early because no one is refelling the buffet during the breakfast time. There is not at all electricity plug for hairdryer in the toilet nor in the room next to the mirror. I had to dry my hear in the kitchenette!!! Hotel is far away from the old city center.
